The feedback that we receive from teachers on the effect that BRAKE has on students is very gratifying and we know that this is achieved in many ways due to the teachers themselves, and of course the school environment.

On the 3rd November 2011 BRAKE announced the first 500 students on the Gold Coast to be awarded the one Queensland Certificate of Education point for completing the initial BRAKE program.

The event was held in Cavill Mall, Surfers Paradise - sponsored by the Surfers Paradise Alliance, which we are extremely grateful for.

BRAKE also announced that with community, business and corporate support we wish to implement BRAKE into other local areas of Queensland with an aim to be Queensland wide in three years.

Ultimately BRAKE would like to be able to offer the program to all young people across Australia.
